The Xpeed Tri-Fold Exercise Mat is a large vinyl-covered foam mat that can be folded via it's two fold lines, which makes it easily portable via the nylon carry straps. If your exercise regime requires more padding this is the style of mat for you, due to it's level of thickness it is not suited for yoga or pilates.
